“We were in Green Bay for a Luke Combs concert. I had booked the room on October 16th of last year, because I knew that it would be difficult to find a room, during the event. We checked in on May 14th and left to go down to Lambeau and enjoy the pre-concert festivities. That night we stayed with friends because it got late, and we didn't want to try and get an Uber. Well, when we returned the next night after the concert and our room key card wouldn't work. We could hear voices coming from……

From the Time we stepped into the lobby until we left the entire staff was helpful and courteous. Huge indoor pool/hot tub area. Great place to stay in between Green Bay and Appleton. Will definitely stay there again. ”

“Surprisingly nice room within walking distance of the airport. Also really quiet considering how close it is to the airport. I had to check out earlier than breakfast started so not able to comment on the breakfast.”

“There was damage to the A/C unit. Faucet wasn't fastened. I found a LIVE cockroach in my room. They are refusing to refund me because "I had already been there a few days day and it's a shared space so there's nothing they can do.".”

“The staff was EXTREMELY accommodating and delightful! Continental breakfast is the BOMB! Compare it to any other and this one gets 1st place any day of the week! Cheese omelettes, hashbrowns, sausage, fresh pastries, yogurt, granola bars, cereal, coffee, and 4 types of fresh juice along with fresh fruit!!!! Unheard of these days…. “The place was dreary as you walk through the halls. The lighting was poor inside if you had the drapes closed. The eggs were cold. We will have 2nd thoughts about staying at another AmericInn.”
