“Sunny Review was a quaint, yet modern retreat for our visit to Princeton. It hosted my family of 5 comfortably and afforded us all the amenities we required for our stay.”

“The host was very prompt and communicative. The place was also nearby downtown and had beautiful interiors. The o to recommendation I have would be to eventually change out the bed comforter, some pillows, and the mattress cover. I investigated a little too deeply and saw big brown stains on all of them which I understand comes from many guests using them and doing who knows what over time. It's just nice to come to a clean-looking bed. It was also hard to get used to the upstairs neighbors. I……

“Place was clean and 5 minute walk from Palmer Square and the univeristy! ”

“Overall the stay was pleasant. However, for the price, I expected a few things that were not available. Because we stayed in the guest house in the basement, the house had a mold/dirt like smell. The rooms needed to be properly aired out before our arrival. Also, the temperature outside was relatively cold in the 40’s and the room was very cold and took a while to warm up after we raised the thermostat to 68 degrees. ”

“This place has become my go-to in Princeton. It is immaculately kept and they have thought of every detail. It feels like home.”

“Clean, but there were other issues and expectations that were not met. No hot water was the second issue that we dealt with. Host would not pick up phone, did not answer text of voice messages until we spoke directly to VRBO. At the end, not what we preferred, but had to leave premises because the issue was not attempted to get resolved. About 9:30 that night, the 8 guest had to find somewhere to stay.”
