Wonderful Escape

Beautiful Home and Fantastic Location

Beautifully appointed home and all the utensils and modern appliances you could ever need. Beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean from the patio. Elevator that comes directly into the house is great for luggage and shopping! We had a great stay and would highly recommend.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location, fabulous. Management, incredibly responsive. The condo itself is lovely. My issue was the cleanliness. They did offer to have people come and re-clean the place, it’s not convenient when you have your entire family there? What are you going to do? Go sit outside for an hour until they clean it when it should’ve been done properly the first time. It was merely surface cleaned and my entire family and I had to sit there and detail it for two hours. Other than that, management is communicative with reminders, etc. We would consider coming back.

Beautiful Location, But Needs Some Love

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the location and overall look of the condo, but for the beginning of the rental season some parts of the condo were tired ( mostly sofas were bally, ottoman was sagging and molding in need of paint). However, the biggest disappointment was the cleanliness. I washed the quilt in the master bedroom because it was dirty when we arrived and my husband and I cleaned the outdoor deck furniture which looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a season. Also disappointed that the grill did not appear to be in good shape so we did not want to use it. Bikes were rusty and not ready for any significant bike rides. Even with all this being said the good outweighed the bad. The condo is well stocked, very comfortable and the view is fantastic. It is walking distance to town, around the corner from the Shark Bar (great food and atmosphere), on the Loop for walking/running and closest enough to the beach to go back and forth multiple times per day.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was incredibly clean, area was quiet & safe. So convenient to the beach (steps away). Rental had everything you need to enjoy your stay. Realty company was so helpful and communicative. Lots of places near by to grab food. Great shopping not far from rental (Mayfaire) and overall wonderful spot and experience. Highly recommend!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental itself was absolutely fantastic. Ocean view and all the amenities you could need. A couple issues including the master bedroom not being equipped with any toilet paper (only 2 rolls in a stay that holds 9) was problematic. We were also given the wrong code to get in and not given elevator code. Aside from these minor issues, it was a great stay and landmark was quick to respond and assist with our needs. Location wise, it's a 10-15 minute walk to restaurants in wrightsville which is super convenient and less than a 3 minute walk to the beach.
