Great stay in Wrightsville Beach

We were in town for our nieces college graduation at UNCW and found the stay perfect for what we needed. Clean, well equipped, and centrally located and coming with a parking space is clutch. Bed is just a Murphy bed - but it was comfortable. If you are a couple and a house is more than you need, this unit should work great for you.

Wonderful stay for an extended weekend

We spent three nights over a long weekend. Great location with perfect access for all of the things Wrightsville Beach offers. We had everything we needed for the two of us and we will plan on booking again in the future.

My wife and I stayed for her birthday week and it was excellent. The condo was the perfect size for 2 people and recently updated which was great. You can’t beat the location. Everything you could possibly want is within a 5-minute walk. This was our first time to Wrightsville and definitely won’t be our last.

Great cozy condo in the perfect location!

Cute little condo perfect for my wife and I. Had all the amenities we needed and is just steps from the beach and the heart of Wrightsville Beach. We just parked and walked everywhere all week. Owners were very accommodating and helpful. I would recommend this rental to any couple or small family!

Super cute!!

This was such a cute & clean little condo for a beach getaway for 2!! Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, beach bars, Roberts grocery, etc. We really enjoyed our stay. Only compliant was the outside light that shined bright through the blinds at night- blackout curtains over the window may be a nice touch.

We loved Amy's property and hope to come back again. The location being a short walk to the beach and to Wrightville's restaurants, pubs and shops was as advertised. The unit was clean and furnishings were current. Finally, we loved the little rooftop porch...a relaxing spot to end our day and enjoy the main drag's activities.

Perfect place for a Getaway

I loved Amy's place. Few houses from the beach, next door to bars, eating establishments, and small store for food essentials. The Condo was very cute. Yes small but I did not need anymore than that. It was very cozy and clean. I will definitely rent Amy's place next time I visit Wilmington.

Super location for a VRBO!

Very responsive manager helped solve a plumbing issue. Our stay was late in the seaon so we were disappointed there were no beach chairs in the unit or nearby rental places. Luckily, one of the store at the pier told us about GOT SHADE and they rented us an umbrella and chairs of our stay. That was such a lifesaver! The groery store and Mexican restaurant were marvelous!

Thanks. It was perfect. I came into my previous hometown to see family and friends. This was the perfect retreat for me. I had walked by this property A few times a week for 20 years and I was always curious and loved the community deck overlooking Lumina. I was not disappointed once I got inside the gates. It was so easy to run down to Roberts or Jerry Allen’s or to watch the kids at Loggers. Such a cute apartment. I will definitely stay again.

Great location and amenities!

Ownership of this property changed a week before my reservation, but the new owner let me know right away. She was also very responsive and helpful. I was impressed by how quickly she would respond to my texts. My friend and I were lucky to stay at what was pretty much a "new" condo. The murphy bed was comfortable, and all amenities were brand new. Wifi worked great. Lots of storage areas for a small space. We barely used the kitchen, but it has all the utensils and appliances needed. Only one recommendation is to have a full length mirror. I'm less than 5 feet tall so couldn't see myself in the mirror over the sink. But I used one of the stools to sit on, and that helped. Bathroom is a little dated but it works (once we figured out how to turn on the shower!). As far as location, it was perfect! Robert's Grocery store is just next door and restaurants and bars are well within walking distance. I highly recommend King Neptune's for breakfast! Plus the beach is steps away. It was great having an assigned parking space, too. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in town!

Great Location

Great location and nice spot for a couple. Only concerns was some trash left in the garbage can, a cockroach got inside at some point, and blackout curtains desperately needed bc the outdoor lights are very bright. The bed is also not super comfy bc it’s a Murphy bed. Other than that it was clean, well-maintained, and the host is a great communicator. You can’t beat being that close to the beach.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was not only beautiful, but clean and had everything we needed. It was so close to everything that we never even drove our car. The host was very responsive and so gracious to us! I can’t wait to go back!

This condo was updated and beautiful inside. My friend and I had a fantastic wknd, 2 min walk to the beach. The owner was easy and great in communicating. The listing does say efficiency but it also says 1 bedroom so we were surprised that it has a Murphy bed instead of a bedroom but it didn’t dampen our stay.

Perfect location, perfect space, perfect decor. Impeccably clean. I love the Murphy bed to free up space during the day, and it was comfortable! My only suggestion is to add a full length mirror. We will be back if we are lucky enough to find that it is available.
