Apt near the Old Town

Check in was efficient with accurate directions. Key pick up was a the Hotel Jazz a few blocks from the apartments. No car parking, only paid street parking was available. The apartment was clean and had the basic kitchen necessities for a short stay. The AC remote was unavailable. The apartment had a lovely view of the river, however the tram and the noise from the cars and motorbikes was quite loud. We had to close all our windows. However, the apartment is centrally located and for the price it was a good value. Bring ear plugs and Sleep masks.

Deceptive advertising for location and amenities. Awful check in procedure. Advertised parking availability was highly exaggerated. Once we finally found our assigned apartment and parking the room was very nice.

Ok stay for the price.

The place ok. We were there for one night on a family trip. The bed wasn't very comfortable but the main issue was that we booked this specifically because it had an AC listed as an accomodation but when we got there we were told that the AC unit in the room was broken and has been for over a year. The locals great and very close to rynok.

Conveniently located and high spec finishing

Second time staying in this complex and was still as good. I was in room 23 - a fourth floor one-bedroom apartment. Well equipped apartment with a really comfy bed. There’s a decent sofa bed in the living room too. There was a bit of noise echoing around the corridor one night from an apartment full of screeching girls. Just very high spirits really - but pretty loud! But this was early on and didn’t really impact me too much I was confident that I could approach the 24 hour reception if it occurred late at night. Would still stay here again quite happily.

Great apartment- would stay again,

These apartments are in a good location overlooking the river. It’s a nice modern building made to look traditional. My one bedroom apartment was on the fourth floor facing the river. Although there was a busy road right in front, I heard very little noise as the windows seemed to keep most of the sound out. The apartment complex has a 24 hour reception and a lift. Both handy! My apartment was in very good condition with nice quality features. My bedroom was on an upper floor - mezzanine style. Comfortable bed too. There were handy touches like a dish towel, washing up liquid and a dish washing pad provided. There was also liquid soap in the bathroom. But you’ll need your own shower gel and shampoo which was fine by me. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, glasses, cutlery and pots/pans. Handy microwave with a grill too, Excellent heating in the apartment and I could control the radiators to adjust this. Wifi was good when it worked, but it did go down sometimes, this was not an issue as it came back up quite quickly. I’ve had this issue before in other places in Wrocław so was no biggie. Decent sized shower room with heated towel rail too. There was a handy cupboard as well with extra pillows and bedding for the sofa bed. Also cleaning products/iron etc in there too. I’d definitely stay here again for all of the above and for its great proximity to Rynek etc. just a few mins walk away!

Sehr laut, im Haus und von draußen, unfreundliches Personal: auf Nachfrage keine weitere Decke, 1 Klopapierrolle für 4 Personen, 2 Nächte, zugeteilt bekommen.....Willkommen fühlten wir uns hier leider garnicht. Luxus erwartet niemand zu diesem Preis, aber das war schon wirklich eine Frechheit. Nie wieder! t bekommen für 4 Personen

Pros and Cons

The apartment was in an excellent location at the riverside but only a 3 minute walk to the market square. The apartment was well decorated but small and there is no storage in the bedroom for clothing. Be aware if your room is at the front of the building it is very noisy as it is on a main road. Our sleep was definitely disturbed due to traffic and general noise. Would I stay there again, no, I don’t think so due to noise issue.

Un seul bémol: j’avais réservé 6 chambres pour 11 personnes. Nous partions entre amis . Il était indiqué dans le contrat passé par vos services que le montant de la facture serait payé à notre arrivée en monnaie locale. J’ai eu la désagréable surprise de voir que le prix d’une chambre a été prélevé sur ma carte bancaire, et que l’hôtel essayait de prélever la totalité de la somme avant notre arrivée.

주소가 애매해서 엄청 헤맸는데 큰길가에 있습니다. 저만 그랬는지 모르겠지만 리셉션과 아파트의 빌딩이 800m 정도 떨어진 곳에 위치하여 무거운 짐을 끌고 가기에 힘들었습니다. 지도 하나 던져주고 알아서 찾아가라고 해서 불만족스러웠고 방이 공사장 주변이라 더 찾기 어려웠어요. 그리고 공사소음도 있었습니다. 그래도 방 자체는 깨끗했어요. 아파트형이라 세면도구 어메니티는 없었습니다.

Apartments are in a good central location with main attraction only a short walk away. Nice spacious studio apartment with necessary amenities, however no shower – bath has a shower head but no stand on the wall or shower shield, forcing you to sit down in the bath to avoid drenching the bathroom floor. Not what you would expect from a modern apartment. Customer service was lacking – our apartment was boiling, despite it been December. There was an AC unit in the room, but this was broken. When we asked for it to be fixed we were advised they would get someone out to fix it – nobody ever came. Our apartment was on the road side of the building, despite been on the third floor the traffic was loud (even with the window closed) so could not sleep with the window open to cool the room down – resulting in 3 very poor nights sleep. We explained the situation to the receptionists and asked to swap rooms, however they only had larger apartments available so wanted us to pay the difference – poor customer service based on the fact our room had a fault. Overall, nice modern apartments in a good location, but let down by a broken AC unit and unhelpful staff no willing to resolve the issue.

Não recomendo, se você busca um hotel!

Trata-se de apartamento, e não de um hotel. Apesar dos quatros serem novos e bem localizados, não havia assistência por parte do locador., nem sequer troca de toalhas e ou limpeza do imóvel Aliás, as pessoas que estavam na recepção nem sequer sabiam como chamar um táxi!
