This is the site of a former garrison bakery, where there are residential spaces, as well as art galleries, theaters, art and advertising studios. The complex also features a garden and a unique collection of contemporary artworks. This renovated, remodeled building, both inside and outside, has retained its former industrial character - decorative elements, details or art objects are present on the staircases, individual floors, doors or facades of the building.
The building's peaceful surroundings and location in the heart of the city make the apartment ideal for both business and leisure stays. The location satisfies all daily needs, thanks to its proximity to retail and service outlets, atmospheric restaurants and cafes. The nearest store Biedronka lies not far from the building, a little further Kaufland. Communication with other parts of the city is not a problem, thanks to public transport points on nearby streets (streetcar stop 130 m).
The building of the former ''PIEKARNI'' is located in a beautiful area surrounded by the Oder River. To the Old Town - 10 minutes walk, leads Sikorski Bridge and Pomeranian Bridge. The proximity of the Islands on the Oder River allows you to enjoy the green areas and rich cultural and entertainment offer of Wroclaw.
Guests traveling by car do not have to worry about finding parking in the area, as the apartment is assigned a parking space in an outdoor parking lot.
