The Space:
This cozy studio apartment is located on the fourth floor of a townhouse (no elevator) and is a perfect choice for four guests – ideal for families or groups of friends. The space is cleverly organized: the living area features a comfortable fold-out sofa bed for two, and an additional double bed is set in a semi-private zone separated by elegant slats. The fully equipped kitchenette allows for preparing home-cooked meals and includes an induction hob, oven, and microwave. A shared coffee machine is also available in the hallway – perfect for a morning energy boost. The bathroom features a shower, washing machine, sink, and a complimentary set of toiletries. For added comfort, the apartment includes multimedia amenities such as a TV with cable channels – perfect for relaxing in the evening. While the apartment does not include a private parking space, public parking is available nearby. Pets are welcome upon request (an additional fee applies).

The Neighborhood:
The building is located in the very center of Wroclaw, right next to the famous Monument to Anonymous Passerby - one of the symbols of the city. In the area you can find plenty of restaurants offering dishes from all over the world, as well as shopping malls and smaller retail and service outlets. The neighborhood is full of historic buildings and is perfect for sightseeing. It is an ideal place for history lovers - there are many museums and cultural institutions in the immediate vicinity. A walk to Wrocław's famous Old Market Square takes just fifteen minutes. You can breathe fresh air in the Nicolaus Copernicus Park, to which it takes only fifteen minutes to walk. The place is well connected with the rest of Wroclaw - the streetcar and bus stop Arkady Kapitol is only a few dozen meters away. Wroclaw Central Railway Station is located right next to the apartment - it takes only four minutes to get there.
