It is a place for meetings, walks, and shopping, both for residents and tourists. Guests have access to a range of practical amenities, including free Wi-Fi, a TV, a projector, and a soundbar with the ability to play content from a phone, tablet, or laptop (Netflix, MAX, Prime, etc.) on a 3m screen via Chromecast (instructions by the projector). The apartment also includes a mini gym in the bedroom, a washing machine, iron, hairdryer, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and kitchen accessories.
