The Entre Hotel is in a great location, only a 2 minute walk from the main square. The hotel itself is amazing. Very comfortable, quiet, modern and spacious. Breakfast is very tasty, I’d recommend the pancakes! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel!

Very clean and new looking room with excellent shower, comfortable bed, good internet - the room just perfect. Common cold water/seltzer dispenser, a laundry option, sauna and gym (which I didn’t use). Everything just perfect with amenities of a much more expensive hotel.

Wonderful stay. Marvellous location and breakfast. The most divinely comfortable bed. Extremely clean. So peaceful and relaxing atmosphere and design to the hotel. They could make the AC easier to adjust as we found it quite cold and the temperature could only be adjusted via the reception. Very helpful staff though. Thank you Entre.

Hotel very clean and staff friendly. Hotel only a few minutes walk away from the main square. Breakfast was very good with a large amount of choice including an egg menu. Definitely would recommend.

Very nice boutique hotel! The property was exceptionally clean, with beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, and excellent amenities. The toiletries were a wonderful touch—luxury shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion that made the stay feel extra special. The shower was also fantastic, with consistently hot water and great water pressure—something that is very important to me when traveling. The breakfast was delicious, the hotel was quiet and relaxing, and the location couldn’t be better—just a one-minute walk from Rynek. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay or a better experience. Thank you, Wroclaw Hotel, for a wonderful stay!

My wife and I chose this hotel for its excellent reviews, convenient location and highly rated restaurant. We arrived on 8 July 2026 for a three-night stay and, after a long journey, looked forward to a drink in the bar. We were surprised to learn the hotel was not serving alcohol. Staff explained that, after a change in ownership, the new company had not yet been granted an alcohol licence for the hotel or its restaurant. This was very disappointing, especially as we had not been told in advance despite emailing the hotel to arrange an airport transfer. Had we known, we would have booked elsewhere. We raised this with reception; the staff member was pleasant and said she would pass it to management. On 10 July, the same staff member said her manager had advised there was nothing they could do and no compensation would be considered. I found this response poor: there was no direct apology from management and no gesture of goodwill, such as a small restaurant discount or complimentary soft drink. My low rating is mainly due to the lack of prior communication and the absence of any meaningful management acknowledgement of an issue that matters when choosing a hotel with a restaurant and bar. Breakfast was also disappointing compared with the reviews: service was slow, choice was limited, and toast was unavailable because the hotel apparently had no toaster. On the positive side, the staff we met were pleasant, the property was clean, and the location was very convenient

This is a beautifully modern contemporary styled hotel situated perfectly on the edge of the Wroclaw Old Town but easy short walk to the sites there. It is also situated opposite the river which was an added bonus for leisurely beautiful strolls along the river. As other reviews note, the interior has been recently renovated. The interior is very stylish and enjoyed a drink at the bar. The rooms were comfortably set out and a good size for the purpose of the stay with high ceilings. The bedding, carpet, furniture, fixtures and fittings all felt of good quality adding to the feeling of luxury of this hotel. The bedding was very comfortable. Wifi internet was fast. The hotel was gently scented in the corridors and each floor has a water machine where one could fill the glass and cork carafe. I appreciated the carbonated water available from the machine. The surrounding area was very quiet even during the day. Lots of restaurants, cafes, bars and pubs in the surrounding streets. I would not hesitate to stay again on my next visit.
