The location was great as it is close to the center (15 min walk) or a few minutes to the tram (we loved riding around Graz on the tram and even used it to visit our friend in the hospital). “This accommodation was very run down. They only accept cash for payment. There is no working elevator. The floors of the apartment are badly stained and damaged. The furniture is junky. I feel like this place could be good if they had someone come in and decorate a bit, put down some rugs. Hung some nice art. Moved the furniture around. It just feels like there is no care put in. “The host was very communicative and helpful. The apartment was very comfortable and we had a very pleasant stay. The location was not quite as central as indicated in the listing but it is right on a tram line so made for very quick and easy movement to Hauptplatz and the rest of town. We were in town for the Christmas Markets and had a truly incredible stay. Thank you.”
