"The rooms are so cute and retro. The disco ball and amber light looked FAB when we walked up to our room the night we checked in. Staff was wonderful! We had a flat tire on our roadtrip up to Flagstaff and were worried we would not make it prior to the lobby closing. Thankfully, Mara, answered my call and helped me check in over the phone and guided me through what to do when we arrive. She was so helpful! We had our golden retriever and Shih Tzu mix in tow so we were grateful to have a decent sized gated potty area to let them off leash right on the property. My husband and I chose to do a thrift marathon in Flagstaff and the location of Americana was PERFECT! Several antique/vintage shops within walking/biking distance and a short drive to many others. We had the best time. We will definitely be back. I’ve already recommended Americana to a coworker who has a daughter attending NAU!"

"it's in a lovely area, situated between two different buildings. it's very close to a really good pizza place with sit-down dining, We didn't try the breakfast. there was tons of parking and the staff was incredibly nice. my daughter had left one of her bags in the room as we were leaving and the housekeeper brought her bag out to her so she didn't forget it. our room had a bunk bed in it so there was plenty of room for my kids to spread out. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"Overall, a very nice place to stay with my pets. Quiet area, nice views, landscaping well maintained. Bed comfy and clean. Only negative experience I had was the couch and chair were very worn and the carpet in living room area was very dirty."
