The sheets are really comfortable. The area is a little loud, but didn’t bother me. Price is the best in the Wuppertal region. Friendly staff. Easy check in check out.

Ghastly hotel, extremely noisy, not just because of proximity to main road, but all wcs and doors and valves and kitchen etc are extremely loud. Bloomberg was the only English channel. Breakfast spread is meagre and effortless. No toaster, no bread, boxed yoghurts and boxed cereals. No ironing board in the entire hotel.

Dear Mr. Kapoor, as far as the volume is concerned, you are right, the hotel is located on the main street. For breakfast I have to say that there were not only cereal and yogurts. You had also fresh bread, sausages and cheeses and, coffee, juices, fresh fruit

Hallo Sorry aber dieses Hotel ist nicht weiter zu empfehlen. Ganz schlechter Service, wir haben mit Frühstück gebucht und auch bezahlt und nichts bekommen. Am ersten Tag wurde gesagt, man hätte vergessen die Türe aufzuschließen. Es wurde versprochen am 2 Tag Frühstück zu bekommen, leider auch vergebens. Im Haus würde bis spät in die Nacht gebohrt und gehämmert. Eine Reklamation, das ich das Geld wieder haben möchte von dem bezahlten Frühstück das wir nicht bekommen haben, wurde ignoriert. Die Zimmer waren auch sehr schmutzig, Badezimmer wurde nicht gereinigt. Nie im Leben wieder CITY HOTEL Wuppertal. Freundliche Grüße Frank Schaefer

Zimmer in katastrophalem Zustand: offene Steckdosen, Spiegel- schrank im Bad defekt/ offene Lampenfassung, Kein Spri- schutz an der Badewanne, Kein Handtuch trotz ausdrücklichem Wunsch, Keine funktionierende Nachttischlampe usw.!!! Aber das Personal war freundlich und nett!

Absolut Schaurig!!!
Das Hotel ist in einem katastrophalen Zustand. Abdeckungen von Steckdosen, Lichtschalter oder sämtliches Interieur im Badezimmer war defekt oder fehlte. Die Dusche hatte keinen Vorhang oder Tür, der Duschkopf war defekt, die Brause fehlte, nach jedem Duschgang stand das Bad unter Wasser. Untermieter waren im Bad ebenfalls vorhanden, er das Anschalten des Lichts hat für Intimsphäre gesorgt. Absolut grenzwertig, hat Charakter für Halloweenveranstaltungen oder schaurige Gruselfilme.

Erittäin huono kokemus
Hotels.comin kautta tehtyä varausta ei Hotellin vastanottovirkailija meinannut löytää ja Hotelli tarjosi kahdelle hengelle varatun huoneen sijaan yhden hengen huoneen yhdellä vuoteella, joka selvisi vasta kun menimme huoneeseen, jonka ymmärsimme olevan kahden hengen huone. Huomautuksen jälkeen kahden hengen huonetta ei löytynyt joten saimme erilliset huoneet. Huoneet olivat erittäin kylmät ja kosteat, eikä lämmityksen säätö tuottanut mitään tulosta. Kaikki vaatteiden ripustukseen tarvittavat tangot ja henkarit puuttuivat. Pyyhkeet joita jouduimme kysymään lisää puuttuvan kylpypyyhkeen takia, olivat hvyin vanhat ja käytetyt. Aamiainen piti Hotelli infon mukaan alkaa klo 7, mutta aamulla oli oveen ilmestynyt lappu sen alkamisesta klo 8.30. Näin ei kuitenkaan ollut; muiden asiakkaiden kanssa odotimme suljetun oven takana. Puhelinnumerot (2 ilmoitettua) joista asian tilaa /tai muuta vastaavaa olis pitänyt pystyä kyselemään, eivät vastanneet. Aamiainen alkoi n. puoli tunti myöhässä ilmoitetusta. Aamiaisen taso oli arveluttava.
