「Als ich das Zimmer betrat, war es furchtbar. Die ganze Nacht war Wasser aus der Toilette getropft, es war ohrenbetäubend laut, ich konnte nicht schlafen. An der Rezeption war niemand, an dem ich das Problem melden konnte. Erst am Morgen kam jemand, um es zu reparieren. Die gesamte Rezeption stand unter Wasser. Ich musste das Hotel verlassen und in ein anderes umziehen.」

「Das Welcome Park Hotel liegt in einer sehr guten Lage in Bochum. Sehr nettes Personal und echt guter Hygienestandard. Frühstück bietet auch eine sehr vielfältige Auswahl. Hier fühlt man sich echt wohl. Zu kritisieren war lediglich der fehlende (Mini)-Kühlschrank. Insgesamt aber trotzdem definitiv weiter zu empfehlen!」

「An sich ein guter Aufenthalt, nur bei Anreise sehr wenig infos bekommen bzw garkeine: Karte hingelegt und gesagt wo das Zimmer ist, (keine weiteren Infos zum Hotel oder sonstigem) ich kenne das anders. In unseren Zimmer hat alles gepasst! Nur die Dusche lief nicht sehr geschmeidig ab..evtl mal das nochmal kontrollieren bei Gelegenheit. Ansonsten alles fein :)」
