「a farmhouse, you can feel the humidity of the stone wall room, a bit too dark inside the room, but general acceptable beautiful environment, you can enjoy a very good countryside view (inc the corfe castle ruins), if you dont want to drive to the town to have lunch or dinner, you can enjoy the local meal at the farmhouse restaurant」

「Pleasant stay. Rooms look a bit dated, no plug sockets next to bed. Room wasn't hoovered before arrival. Plumbing need looking into (slow drainage and toilet flush not great) Staff were helpful. Breakfast was buffet, so unable to choose from normal breakfast menu.」

「A fabulous pub / hotel! The staff were super friendly but very professional. The room we had was exceptional - a family room with double bed and 2 bunk beds (one of which housed our adult daughter without any problem). The new interior decorations were gorgeous - Pooky lights, artwork on the walls and corridors etc. Breakfast was magnificent (full vegetarian) and the bar in the evening was great with good choice of drinks and background music at the right level.
