「The only issue I had with this hotel is a problem with their hot water last night took me 20 minutes before I finally got hot water this morning. It’s been a half hour and I still don’t have hot water.」

「Staff was very friendly and accommodating. My husband needed to keep his medications cold and our room did not have a fridge. The staff immediately upon check in brought a small fridge to our room for him to use. 」

「The hotel is in the midst of renovations. The outside is in need of repair, but the rooms and common areas are clean and updated. The deck could use some paint, etc., but the view is fabulous and the seating is comfortable. The pool was clean - hot tub was not working. Front desk staff was courteous and pleasant. Housekeeping staff was also very pleasant. Maintenance staff was hard at work cleaning and sprucing the property up. Honestly, we went expecting the worst based on so many negative...

「I love staying at the Scarborough Motel- It is our favorite motel and I will always stay there. I was disappointed that we were charged an early "check in fee" when we were the only guests there and our room was ready for us. 」
