My Room, although non smoking had a stale smoke smell to it, and even though the room had A/C, the temperature was set centrally, and you could not adjust it on a room by room basis! "

"The hotel does not have adequate temperature control and it was 80 degrees in our room all night long. We called the front desk and asked for them to fix the AC. They changed our room but it had the same problem. Essentially the unit would not cool past 26C. Way to hot for a luxury hotel. What was worse was they tried to gaslight us in saying that it takes up to an hour after checkin to have the AC work. After three hours it was still warm and had actually gone up. We had been traveling for 28...

"Property is a bit dated, but overall well maintained ,some area shows wear and tear but overall staff is very nice and the location is walking distance to a shopping outlet and eatery, away from heavy tourist areas ideal for a lay back less congested vacation "
