"The Hotel is in a perfect location Walking distance to the cruseship close to shopping The breakfast buffet is with a very large selection that can please any nationality The dinner buffet is also very very good especially on a Friday Saturday and Sunday is incredible the variety is amazing included is all kinds of wine from different parts of the world I must mention the excellent service of Angela very helpful in any way she can in upgrading to a beautiful large room with two washrooms and two Tv Also the accommodation of one time to the lounge for free and the service that I experienced in the restaurant from some of the managers like Lake , and two others that now I forgot their name was fantastic Super experience with courtesy and Beatiful manner they should get a raise for what they do In conclusion my experience in this hotel is been something that I will never forget Definitely I will return without thinking of others hotel Think that I booked for 4 days but after experiencing the first 4 days I booked for 5 more days Thank to all the Staff including April The made and a big thank to who ever manages the Swiss Grand Xiaman Hotel Good job Thank you Valentino From Vancouver Canada "

"Firstly, the room I booked online had a picture of a bath tub but when I was not given a room with one when I checked in. I had to inform the guest services and was told that not all rooms had a bath tub. I felt cheated as your picture of the room had a bath tub. Sound proofing of the rooms were ridiculous. I was constantly awoken by sounds of people talking and doors opening and closing. I did not get a good nights rest. Service from house keeping was great. But overall the other service I felt from the staff was cold and not up to par with what branding this hotel has. "

"At the check-in staff did not seem so kind. When you are traveling far from home, alone and tired after a long trip, a welcome smile matters. Overall, it is a very good hotel, also well located. "
