Good value but nothing supricing
I spent 4 nights on a business trip in this hotel, it was basic global chain resort with clean and nice rooms. The buffet breakfast and dinner opportunities in house brought ease since Xian is not that touristy place so other dinner options where not that close

everything is good in this hotel, only one thing not 100% perfect is the location, it is a lille bit far from city center.

The staff were all very friendly, Jerry Gao n Jennifer at biz lounge. My suite was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortably bathroom spacious n bright. I will certainly come back. Wish they were more seafood at the buffet. Overall very happy, clean, smells great n lovely friendly people.

One of my reasons for choosing the hotel was that it had a pool. I was disappointed when I arrived to find out that the pool was under maintenance for the duration of my stay. It would have been helpful to know before =hand that this was the case.

A Short, Positive Review
Our stay was outstanding, in general, and regarding the hotel, OK. The issue with the hotel is it’s location, obviously something that can’t be remedied. Maybe as a business traveler this isn’t an issue, but as a tourist, the remote location is a negative. Otherwise, the ambiance and services at the hotel were very good and the price was great.

Clean Comfortable and Convenient
Im a regular at the sheraton. It's comfortable clean and convenient. Getting a taxi from there is a bit slow but that because of chimese taxis, not the hotel. Very good breakfast and very helpfull staff

Good value Sheraton in Xi'an
Quite pleasant overnight stay. Check-in took fair time. Breakfast not up to normal Sheraton standard - limited array of western food.

The hotel was good but the food was terrible. Breakfast was fine but the dinner and the drinks were horrendous. The service during dinner also left a lot to be desired.

Nice hotel - taxi ride away from most sites.
If you are going to cater to a western cliental, please fix your kitchen issues! Waiting over 30 minutes for a lunch salad, ordering from the dinner menu and being served a less than palatable variation of the dish, waiting for room-service breakfast orders only to find out they are still hanging on your door from the night before, waiting for an express breakfast longer than the time stated - these are really unacceptable from a Sheraton. I felt sorry for the wait staff as they are between the kitchen and the client - please fix this and you will have a great place to stay!

Very nice hotel and excellent breakfast buffet. We had an issue with our reservation at check-in but the hotel staff worked it all out.

Great location, very clean.
Had abit of a problem with getting a taxi to the hotel. There are two Sheratons in town and the confirmation page did not have the name in Chinese. Driver took us to the other Sheraton and they instructed him where to go. Added time and expense to our trip. Once we were there, the hotel was great. Very clean. Front desk helped us arrange tours and taxis. They had maps to give advice about what to do. Good atmosphere.

Too noise
I stayed there for 3 nights, only one night was quiet because no one was in next door. I can hear the conversation from the next door and corridor. They need improve the facilities and make room more private and quiet.

Located outside the city center. Hotel is a little past shelf life and in need of an upgrade. Impression is that the restaurant buffet ingredients are mot fresh, so better to be skipped. Staff is attentive and service is fine.

In general, nice hotel, a bit far from sightseeing highlights. Few restaurant or shopping options outside of hotel within walking distance, so pretty dependent on hotel restaurants, which of course are not cheap. Unfortunately a glitch with Hotels.com's booking system meant we did not have breakfast included although we did choose this option when booking the room. Breakfast included option was the major reason for going with Hotels.com.

Clean but far from the center of the city.
+Very comfortable bed +Clean room +English speaking staff -Shower is not great -Bad location for people who want to walk to the walled part of the city (45 min just to the edge of the wall). -Pool under renovation during our stay

Location not as good as expected
Enjoyed the hotel. Disappointed that it claimed to be closely located to drum / bell tower but was in fact an hour walk (@ good pace) away from them. I had picked the Sheraton partly because of its so called close location to these.
