The hotel is right in Terminal 3 of the airport, not always well indicated but great for early flights. Room was nice, facilities seem OK, wifi works fine for China. However service is lacking: when we checked in, a person was seemingly doing nothing at the second counter, but still told us without a smile to go wait in line at the other counter. Then when we got to our room, it was an oven, 27C, and air conditioning was not working. We asked them to fix it while we had dinner (OK but not great buffet) and they told us the room was "fixed": to our surprise, they just put in a noisy portable aircon unit that barely worked and was in Chinese so hard to operate! Stay there if you must have an airport hotel, otherwise I'm sure there are better choices.
