Very Memorable Experience
We were pleasantly surprised by their hot springs and dinner bbq that they offer. The service is great, we were celebrating our Anniversary during our stay and they made it very memorable with a surprise waiting for us in our room. A very memorable stay and a place I would recommend to our friends and to anyone looking to relax whilst in Xishuangbanna.

Great hotel at Banna
Extremely friendly staff. Top notch facility. Hot spring hot tub at the hotel. Location is a bit far away from other places. The hot spring smell maybe a bit bothersome at the beginning.

天候に恵まれず、外での観光が殆どできなかったのは残念です。そういった場合に何かお勧めできるアトラクションの紹介などあれば良かったと思います。ホテル周辺には食事するところがなく、ホテル内だけの食事となったことも残念な点です。

不符合万豪该有的标准
早餐真的是太一般了 可颂应该是前一天的 都没有加热 口感不酥脆 果汁也不是鲜榨果汁 都是瓶装饮料 还有housekeeping服务也太随意了，打扫完都不更新洗发水沐浴露

コミュニケーションについて：スタッフのうち、一部しか英語を解さないため、基本的には翻訳アプリを通じてのコミュニケーションになります。一応シェラトンホテルの一員なのですから、もう少し英語を話せる人を増やしてくれたら、と思います。 アクセス：空港に近く、市街からは遠いため、市街地との移動が難しいです。ホテルに頼むと片道60元で送迎してくれます。タクシーも同様の値段です。 施設：ホテル内には温泉(おそらく硫黄泉)が湧いており、複数の露天風呂が整備されているほか、屋内、屋外プールほかの各種施設も広く、しっかりと整備されています。また、特産のプーアル茶を売る店もあり、店員さんが淹れながら説明してくれます。 朝食：ビュッフェは中華、洋食の両方が楽しめる内容となっており、種類もかなり豊富ですので、絶対に朝食込みのプランにすべきです。 ホテル内でゆっくりと過ごすには、コストパフォーマンス抜群ではないでしょうか。
