「A very cozy and welcoming place to stay! The staff were incredibly warm, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout our entire visit. It felt very personal and family-oriented, which we really appreciated. They helped us with booking tickets, and when we accidentally forgot something in the room, they immediately offered to arrange sending it to our next hotel. The manager even walked us outside to show us a great local restaurant for lunch, which was such a thoughtful gesture. We felt very well...

「 Ok, there is both good and bad with this Hotel. Let's start out with the good. The price was good. The room was clean. The room looked nice. The décor was nice. The view from the Balcony in my room was nice, but the view really depended on the weather. if the weather was bad, you could not see the mountains and were just stuck seeing other buildings It had hot water and decent water pressure. The staff was nice but spoke no English. Now for the Bad: On hotels.com, the map shows...

「Llegamos a las 9 de la noche y nos recibieron muy bien, súper rápido el check in, usó su traductor para entendernos mejor, nos dio una explicación muy explícita para el parque que visitaríamos, nos regaló un mapa, el cuarto muy limpio solo que olía mucho a cigarro pero pues eso es en todos lados. Volveremos en unos meses. 」
