“Overall, we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Although we arrived about two hours before check-in, the staff kindly let us into the room early as it was already prepared, which we really appreciated. The room was different from what we had originally booked, but it was more than sufficient. The room itself was spacious, clean, and tastefully designed. “It was an excellent & fairly conveniently located hotel for exploring the old city. It's a bit of a long walk, but a quick & cheap taxi ride. The staff was also very kind & helpful, though clearly inexperienced with dealing with online reservations so the check-in process did take a bit of time. Also the room wasn't the cleanest. It wasn't bad—all the surfaces were clean & the sheets fresh—but, for example, the rugs in the bathroom had hair, & the harder to reach places had dust, so clearly the……

“It is a new hotel. The property is in a good condition and clean. Affordable option. It is a fair distance away from the centre of Khiva. The buses kept giving variable rates to get into the centre which wasn't helpful and I found this a bit stressful. It is near a theme park which has potential but is not really open properly but quite interesting for a potter around. ”
