The staff at the hotel were super friendly. We were traveling with 2 young children. Upon our arrival, they gave us a free upgrade to a larger room to make the stay more pleasant. Hotel is located in the city centre, which makes traveling super convenient. The staff at the concierge even gave us a cute handdrawn map for tourist attractions and local food. Absolutely loved it!

The lobby being on the 42nd floor was a bit strange and confusing, but otherwise not a problem. I was too busy to really use any of the amenities offered.

Great value

Great stay at amazingly good value for money, especially as Metro Line 1 has just opened, making the hotel easily reached from either of the two railway stations. The swimming pool is to die for. My only caveat on the hotel was the bed was too short for me. My wife slept like a baby.Why in Xuzhou? For the terracotta warriors. Forget crowded X'ian, we had 4 pits of locally dug warriors to ourselves.

場所は最高、鹿足部屋の収納スペースがほぼない。

雨に濡れることなく大きな商業施設に行くことができ（つながっている）ロケーションは最高である。どこのHyattにも共通して言えることであるが部屋の収納スペースが非常に少なく非常に不便である。WiFiが非常に遅くて使えない。

3일 동안 숙박을 하고, 방이 좋다고 한국에 있는 친구 까지 불러서1박(총 4박)을 하고 모든 것을 만족하게 지냈는데. 다음 여행을 위해 티켓을 두장 프린트를 부탁했는데(비즈니스 센타가 없으니) A4용지 두 장 복사를 해 주는데 5위엔 씩 10위엔을 내야 한다네. 중국을 한달 정도 여행중인데 이런 경우는 처음. 방값이 15만원 가까이 하고 저녁 뷔페가 238위엔 하는 5성 호텔의 서비스가 이런가 의문이 드네요. 비즈니스 센터가 없어서 E-메일을 보내서(대문자, 소문자 구분하지 않아서 3번을 보냄) 비행기 티켓과 숙소를 카피 했는데 중국 호텔이 다 이런가 궁금하네. 돈을 떠나서 서비스 문제 아닌가 좋았던 기분이 몽땅 날아가네. 아오.

徐州地標酒店 樓下有百貨商場

徐州最高飯店，是地標了！入住55樓，視野極佳，我們加了一床，空間仍大，服務態度佳，大廳的菊花茶讓人能放鬆看著落地玻璃窗外的徐州城景。比較可惜是洗手盆的排水不佳，有阻塞的狀況，為起居帶來不便。 到雲龍山或雲龍湖可搭公交車，服務人員也能提供訊息。搭出租車也不貴，玩累了，是休息逛百貨公司和覓食的好地方。

徐州最有设计感的，最棒的酒店！

新建酒店，设计及体验很好！服务人员也很专业，很友好！ 有2点情况反应，我们入住时找不到我们的订单，耽误了一些入住时间（可能新开业酒店，系统还有些问题），另外是房间的灯具安装过低，磕碰了几次，也已经跟酒店反应。
