「Was a perfect little condo for our beach trip. We slept great, the room has a king sized bed and it was very comfortable. Kids (7 and 9 yo) had fun sleeping out on the sleeper sofa in the living room. There was an extra trundle bed available for the kids too. Kitchen was very well stocked and easy to cook in. The accommodations were wonderful, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything anyone could possibly need, even for an extended stay. The location was absolutely perfect! Restaurants, bars, and charming local shops were just steps away, making it incredibly convenient to explore and enjoy everything the area has to offer. 「We have been coming yearly to the Nye beach area and this was a charming condo. It was neat and was exactly as the pictures portrayed. We had a couple of minor problems. The blinds on the south side were stuck and we could not lower them at night and the toilet in the master bedroom was a bit faulty. But everything else was wonderful! The view of the ocean was gorgeous. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back next year!」

「The view was great but the windows were so dirty you couldn’t see it very well. The carpet needs shampooing. I took my shoes off at the door and by the end of the day in the room my feet were dirty.I wish there had been at least enough coffee for one pot a day but there was no coffee at all.」

We didn’t get to see any sea lions from the balcony during our visit, but there were a few just down the street at the sea lion docks.The property is two separate condo units connected by a locked interior door. Since we rented both units, the host quickly provided the code so we could unlock it and enjoy the space as one large condo. Great communication and a wonderful stay! WiFi was kind of spotty downstairs but great upstairs!」

「Property owner failed to send front door code waited two hours outside the door for owner to respond to give new code. The unit is incredibly small. The pictures are misleading.」
