"Check in staff were very courteous. Lounge with snacks and drinks was very welcomed after a day at Disney. Shuttle busses make it very convenient to get to Disney as well. Being connected to the train station and the malls make it a great place for families too. While out of their control, wish that it could sell seat reservations for the Airport Limos to Narita airport. "

"The hotel shuttle ran constantly between the hotel and Narita Terminals 2/3 & 1. The breakfast was great and the staff was very accommodating. The hotel had do it yourself laundry washers and dryers which came in handy after 10 day’s traveling around Japan."

"The hotel was located on a quiet street with around 15 minutes walk to Tokyo Station. There was a 7-11 and some small restaurants nearby and will need 10-15 min walk for supermarket or more choices of foods. We have a twin room and the room was spacious but no view. The Wifi was poor and I have to use my own data plan inside the room. "
