“Bruno was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about Tenerife and gave us excellent advice for days out and making the most of public transport too. He was always friendly, courteous and attentive. The room is extremely well equipped for self-catering and the balcony was enormous alongside having a roof top terrace, which was absolutely an added bonus, especially useful for early evenings, when the sun was going down. Entertainment staff were also brilliant; special thanks to Javi, who was always……

“圣诞节期间入住的，酒店每天都组织很多活动，有专门的工作人员带着小孩儿玩，做游戏还发奖牌，圣诞节当天有圣诞老人来照相，每个孩子都发了小礼物，我儿子玩得特别开心。房间里烹饪设备齐全，酒店里有个超市可以买各种必需品，价格合理。出门左转几步路还有个中餐馆（只是看见没有去吃，无法评价）。总之大大的推荐，有机会还会去住。”

“Was a nice little spot. Check in was a bit confusing , no signage or anything. You have to pay additionally for WiFi which sucks. Rooms can get a bit hot as well since there’s no AC. But for the price not bad at all. The worst thing was hearing maids at 7am or kids screaming”

“Everything was excellent, we were expecting a different room but the hotel reception man was great at making us happy and we ended up with the outdoor space we wanted the next day. Thanks for a lovely stay and the stuff are all excellent.”
