"Unfortunately I got room 233 which is right next to a hallway chat area for guests (there is a coffee table with 4 comfortable chairs around it). Each night a different set of teenagers had conversations there past 10 PM with the noise level you'd expect of teenagers so I had to go shush them in my pajamas at 11 PM (I kept waiting for them to realize it was after 10 PM... wishful thinking on my part). There should be a card on the table or such to warn guests to be quiet after 10 PM or something of that nature."

"I enjoyed my stay and everything was clean and well maintained. However, I phoned the front desk (twice using the "0" on the room phone and once using the local phone number) and the phone was never answered. I figured out the issue with my TV and other questions. But it would have been nice if someone would answer the phone at the front desk."

"The pool and hot tub looked as if they haven’t been cleaned in forever. Hair kept getting on us. Bandaids and garbage on floors. No pool towels for hours. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. We had dried blood on our ceiling and the smoke detector was covered by a plastic garbage bag. Mysterious stains dripping down walls in entryway of room."

"Checkin was worrysome. Key card did not work X 3. Maintenance came to "check batteries" and found it was locked from the inside. ???? made us concerned re: security. moved us to another room. Housekeeping came by first morning- said they would come back with towels. Never got clean towels and had to go ask both evenings. Breakfast was good with variety. Heat was difficult to work. Given the cost, would NOT stay here again- . "

"The hotel building itself wasn’t bad but the property and surrounding area was scary. Homeless people everywhere. I was traveling with just my daughter and I and decided it wasn’t safe for us to stay there. We didn’t even check in so I can’t say what the interior of this location is like. When we pulled in the first thing I saw was a large homeless population and security guards wondering the property during the day which can give you an idea of what the crime rate in the area is. I read other reviews and knew it was located at a truck stop but didn’t realize the gas station was right out the front doors of hotel and that there was a laundry mat attached to the hotel with an adjoining wall that was a large attraction to overwhelming homeless population in the area. If you are traveling alone or with your family I highly recommend you do not stay here and avoid this area all together."
