“Stayed at the property to celebrate 35 year anniversary and birthday. It was nice having a room with a hot tub on the deck. Overall, the stay was good. However, it was concerning that on both days we stayed there we were awoken by a fire alarm early in the morning. Having a background in emergency management I am the type of person that reviews evacuation routes and reads the manual in the room upon arrival. (I know I am a geek). Its understood that things happen and alarms get……

“Very nice hotel. We were unable to book a massage but we used the mineral pools. Very relaxing. Went back to the room and our tv didn’t work. They were unable to fix. It wasn’t that important, we were tired and had our phones. The big disappointment was our dinner. The dining area and bar was nice but we were very disappointed with our meals. We opted to leave early and not to eat breakfast there. ”

“We never got to stay at the hotel. They called us in the way there and cancelled our weekend due to a ‘ room emergency’. Then we began a nightmare of calls trying to get our refund being bounced between Expedia who told us to call VBRO who would promptly tell us to call Expedia. What a nightmare! I’m still waiting for the hotel GM to return my calls. ”
