"最寄りの駅（東武日光駅）から徒歩は難しいですが、タクシーで10分弱くらいです。コロナ対策もしっかりされていて、チェックアウトごとに部屋の除菌をされています。部屋のお風呂はユニットバスですが、1時間ごとの予約制で大浴場を貸し切り利用できるので、2泊3日の滞在期間中、大浴場を利用しました。ゆっくり入れるので日中の観光の疲れを癒す事ができました。小型犬同伴での利用でしたので、犬OKの部屋を予約利用しました。小型、中型犬用のケージ（飛行機に預けるようなハードケース状の）があり、外出中はこの中で犬はお留守番しました。オーナーご夫婦も犬を飼ってらっしゃって、犬連れにご理解があり安心しました。おもてなし精神いっぱいのオーナーご夫婦で、お話も楽しかったです。奥様は外国のご出身で、私の主人も外国人なので、外国人のゲストの方はさらに安心できると思いました。お世話になりました。 We really enjoyed our stay. "懐かしい雰囲気の日本の家屋で、清潔感があって、静かで過ごしやすかったです。朝は鳥の美しい鳴き声で起きました。デッキでゆっくりコーヒータイムを楽しみました。アクセスも良く、日光東照宮まで歩いて行けました。自然に囲まれてリラックスして過ごせました。ありがとうございました。また、泊まりに行きます。"

"開発合宿に使わせていただきました。古い家なので仕方がないのかもしれませんが、埃っぽいのとハウスダストなのか、全員咳が止まらなく、辛かったです。古い木造の独特の匂いもキツかったです。田舎のおばあちゃん家に慣れてる人であれば大丈夫なのかもしれませんが、若い世代の人だとキツそうです。"

"We had a wonderful stay at this house located just off the main street in Nikko. The owner is very kind and responsive. It is a large house with three large bedrooms, a living room area, a separate full kitchen, large bathroom with washer, and lots of windows. I liked that the main living area is on the first floor (not the ground level) and the bedrooms are on the second level. The ground level is the garage. You do have to climb stairs to get in and out of the house but that wasn’t an issue...

"I should have booked 2 nights to really enjoy! Everything was excellent. My 1st time in Japan and this was lovely. Staff checking me in spoke great English. I booked a huge tatami room and had a balcony overlooking the river. There is a turn-down service while you’re at dinner. Buffet was fantastic and the whiskey was not watered down at all! Definitely try the sesame ball things for desert. There are clear English instructions on how to use the onsens and an app that shows you how crowded they are in real time. Wonderfully comfortable sleeping here. I’d love to stay 2 nights in the future, maybe check out Edo Wonderland. The hotel gift shop is a good place to buy nicer, regional souvenirs. Excellent customer service: 100 out of 10. Just watch a couple videos on how the limited express trains work & the Kinugawa hotel busses & you’ll be fine. "
