“Nuestra estancia fue muy buena. Cada dia pasaban a limpiar y incluso el primer dia que no teniamos con que fregar los platos, nos los fregaron. La entrada fue lo más complicado porqué llegamos con mucho sueño del vuelo y no tuvimos la habitacion hasta las 16h. En general estuvimos muy bien atendidos, el personal de 10 y las instalaciones también. Muy bien ubicado. Recomendaria tener personal de animación que hable español, ya que todo es en inglés y a pesar de que algunas personas de habla……

“A fabulous stay. Resort spotless, beautiful kept grounds and peaceful and quiet. Taxi rank outside for convenience. Staff attentive and nothing is a problem for them. The biggest compliment is the food at the restaurant ate there every night and everything I had off the menu was superb. Spoke to other guests who couldn't believe how nice the food was. Overall a brilliant stay and highly recommended.”

“Très mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel. À notre arrivée, la chambre n’était pas propre. Nous avons demandé un nouveau passage de la femme de ménage, mais malgré cela, le nettoyage restait insuffisant : toilettes sales, sol mal nettoyé, etc. Ne parlons pas des cafards qui font leur vie… Le ménage n’est effectué qu’un jour sur deux, ce qui est étonnant pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Le restaurant de l’hôtel était également très décevant, les repas étaient immangeables. Nous y avons séjourné une semaine……

“Ideal location for what we wanted. Breakfast buffet included was lovely. Rooms nice and clean and towels provided for the pool area were a bonus as many places in pdc dont provide this.”

“Room was clean and functional, but a few things could be improved. No full-length mirror in the room, and housekeeping doesn't change towels daily (every 2 days) or bed sheets weekly, which felt a bit stingy. Wifi signal was weak throughout the stay it needs to be improved. The pool area was very quiet with no music for atmosphere, and I was surprised to be charged for a towel (20€ deposit and 2€ per day) that's normally complimentary elsewhere. Floats should be allowed in the pool. There was……

“We had a short stay here and it was pleasant. We had a bungalow which was quite large. It was clean, linen was clean but the pillows were awful. There was also no aircon in the bedrooms. The bungalow was dated, ripped sofa and old kitchen. The gym isn’t really a gym, a couple of very old machines and a few light weights. The pool areas and communal areas were clean and tidy, breakfast was great. Not a bad location as you can walk to the beach and local restaurants in 5 mins.”

“La chica de recepción nos ayudó mucho y fue muy amable con nosotros,nos dió mucha información sobre excursiones y nos facilitó bastante la vida. Hotel bonito que se estaba reformando,quizás le falte aire acondicionado pero está muy bien y tranquilo.”
