The property was very clean when we arrived. The laundry was changed twice each week and the property was cleaned at the same time.The property was very quiet which suited us as it was really relaxing.It is situated in a quiet area and extremely convenient to the shops and restaurants.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean place to stay with convenience added.

The bungalow was just perfect for me and my husband. It was perhaps in need of a refurb inside as it was a little tired, but perfectly clean and had absolutely everything we needed and more. It was also cleaned 3 times during our 10 night stay. Really comfortable. The only thing was, the air con I think would be quite costly as it's a meter you feed. We managed with the fans though. The patio area was outstanding with loads of furniture, sunbeds, parasol, table and chairs. There was a clothes horse with pegs if you wanted to hang some clothes to dry. Having the washing machine made a huge difference to the amount of luggage we had to take. There's a Spar, some restaurants, bars and other shops just across the road although the complex did not have a back gate so you had to walk up to reception and then back the way to get there. It's a 2 minute walk to the smallish but lovely pool. The grounds were immaculate! The reception staff were the best ever, going above and beyond for us. They helped us trace a lost phone making phone calls and sending emails to trace a lost phone. They helped us hire a 2 person mobility scooter and when we could not get it into the patio to charge they provided a ramp and even took the gate off. We would award them 10 stars if we could. It's only a 10 minute walk to the promenade and the restaurants, bars, shops etc. There's loads to do re water sports and the food we got was fab in every restaurant. We would go back in a heartbeat. Everything was good, for the price we paid.Thr kitchen could do with an update (drawer fronts eobbly, fridge door ahelves broken and/or missing). We understand that this happens in rentals and it wasn't an issue for us.Parasol available and beach towels.The master bedroom is smaller than the twin and the ceiling fan in the master was insufficient, however, the stand alone fan compensated for this.An overall lovely stay.Thank

Bonito alojamiento, bien situado a unos minutos de la playa, limpieza cada dos días con cambio de toallas incluido, urbanización muy bonita y cuidada con piscina de agua salada y climatizada. Como pega diría que el colchón de la cama de matrimonio se hunde mucho. El personal del complejo es encantador, nos dio todo tipo de recomendaciones.Repetiríamos sin dudarlo.

Excellent sejour au calme

Logement conforme à la description, propre, bien équipé. De bonnes surprises à noter: Beaucoup de serviettes à disposition, et le menage est fait 2 fois dans la semaine. Residence calme, a l'écart des endroitss bondés. Nous etions un couple et un enfant de 5 ans, nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances.

Great location and value for money

We have stayed in many villas in playa blanca over the years and this villa did not disappoint.Casas del sol complex is in a great location behind the harbour and central for town and the beaches. The pool area is kept very clean and gardens surrounding very pretty. Reception staff are also very helpful and friendly.The villa 7a has a nice position at the bottom of the complex so very quiet and private. Inside the villa the furniture and general decor is a bit dated but all functional and in fairness reflective of the price we paid for the stay. All communications regarding our booking were responded to very quickly by the owner who was also very accommodating allowing us a late checkout as we had an evening flight.We all had another fantastic stay in playa blanca and would definitely recommend casas del sol and villa 7a if you are looking for great value for money in a fab location.Thank you to the owner and we will certainly be in touch when booking for later in the year.

An enjoyable stay. The property was in a great location and was well equipped with excellent wi-fi connection. The site was quiet and the gardens well maintained. The only negative was that the property's sunbeds need updating.

Great location,quiet and chilled

Playa Blanca has everything you could possibly need for a great holiday. Excellent restaurants,loads of shops and bars with really good live entertainment. Casas de la Sol had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with TV, well equipped kitchen and lovely quiet lounge area, so we could choose whether to stay in or go out. Shared swimming pool great size and always got a sun lounger & not too busy. It's close to the sea and all amenities. The reception staff were very helpful and went above and beyond for us as we arrived very late in the night ,we had a very relaxed holiday would highly recommend & stay again.

Location of the property is excellent, staff in reception, cleaners and grounds people very friendly and efficient. Second to none. Pool was a bit cooler than expected being worked on to bring back solar panel max efficiency. Overall a great new experience.

Great location, excellent accommodation

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The property is as described in the ad and had everything that we needed, including a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable seating and a sunny outdoor space. It's a short walk to the promenade and just over a kilometre to Playa Flamingo beach. We had a problem with the wifi and really appreciated Les' swift response to help us resolve it. The property is quite close to the road but we did not find it in the least bit noisy; the complex as a whole is very quiet too, so perfect for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. Overall, we had a great holiday!

Absolutely Fabulous

Just back from 14 excellent days at Villa 7A Casas Del Sol. Our first trip abroad in 3 years, due to Covid, but well worth the wait. The property was amazing, exactly as advertised, and certainly lived up to our expectations and more. The villa is very well equipped and furnished, with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The Aircon was a huge benefit and was extremely cheap to run. The villa is so peaceful and quiet yet only a short walk to the supermarket and centre of Playa Blanca. The Casas Del Sol complex is really beautiful and so we'll maintained. The staff are so helpful and friendly. Communication with Les the owner was excellent throughout the booking process and beyond. We would definitely want to come back in the future, we've stayed in several villas in Playa Blanca but this was by far our favourite. Thanks again Les for renting us your villa, we had a wonderful time.

Great location

I want to start by saying that Casas del Sol is a beautifully kept complex in a great position. The pool area was lovely and of a good size with a nice pool temperature and if you timed it right managed to get sunbeds. We arrived at number 7A on Friday 19 August and we found everything to be absolutely fine. Maybe our only thought was that the double bedroom was a little on the small side, with not a lot of room around the bed, but this didn’t pose too much of a problem. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was very much welcomed as the weather was extremely hot and this was operated by euro coins. The best feature of the property for us was the very spacious terrace, providing a table with four chairs, as well as another seating area with coffee table and 4 sunbeds. We absolutely loved sitting on the terrace, and even though close to the road, we felt peaceful and chilled. However, things dramatically went downhill very quickly into our holiday and our peace was shattered. Unfortunately the adjoining property was having a full renovation and work was to continue for the remainder of our two week holiday. It was no longer private as there were builders coming and going right outside, and the noise was horrendous. What with dust flying over our terrace where we were not only sitting, but also having washing out was not great. The noise finally got so bad that we had no other choice than to ask reception if they could kindly find us alternative accommodation on the complex. Thankfully we were moved on Wednesday 24 August. Miscommunication led to this happening, and it caused a lot of upset and stress. Had we been notified of this building work before our arrival, then we most certainly would have found somewhere else to stay as we had free cancellation until 26 July. Hopefully future guests won’t have any problems and all in all it was a nice place to stay. We were just very unlucky at the time.

Welcomed Return

We have based ourselves at 7a for several restful holidays now. Without fail we have been delighted with the accommodation and associated facilities. It's proximity to the Playa Blanca harbour with its impressive restaurants, shops and promenade adds to the holiday experience!! We'll be back!!!
