"Love this hotel and location! - 5 star treatment - check in at a sit down desk - Beautiful room and large 654 SF for a 3-people room - Great view especially sunset - Large garbage bin - Mosquitoes! 3 in room - Shower room old and badly needed remodel - Foot bath facing ocean! - Free all you can drink and snacks! - Dinner buffet 8,800 yen but great food and drink! - Close to 7-11 and restaurants - Right next to the major park (walking distance) in the area! - No in room safe"

"Found 3 individual room's for each of us at an excellent price. The hotel is also central just a walking distance from Shizuoka Station and Shin-Shizuoka Station. Stayed there for 4 nights and it was super comfortable and restful. I definitely recommend staying here. Great for Solo Travelers!"

"I cannot say enough good things about this inn. It was everything we imagined. There was a person waiting to greet us when we got there (which, honestly, we had never imagined). The meals -- we had a dinner and a breakfast -- were the best and also the fanciest we had while in Japan, full stop. We were completely floored at the care taken for every little detail during our stay. It feels nicely out-of-the-way once you get there, but it is not hard to get to at all. The staff offered to pick us up from the local train station on our way in, but we decided to walk. The walk is totally fine if you are used to walking and aren't hauling a 70-pound bag, which we were. We gratefully accepted the inn-keeper's offer of a ride back to the train station when we left. Seriously: the seventh-generation inn-keeper who owns the place drove us to the train station on the way out. "
