A relaxing stay

What a great view from the hotel! Free shuttle bus between train station and hotel. Great keiseki dinner and a good selection of buffet breakfast. We had a private onsen in our room, and it was great. You can even set the temperature you want yourself. There is no shops near the hotel, but there is a shop in the hotel itself which sells the basics, so no complaints.

客室はリニューアルされたとの事で、とても綺麗でした。一つ残念だったのは、急に暖かくなった日の宿泊で部屋が暑かったがエアコンの温度調節ができず、部屋に備えてある扇風機を使おうとしましたが、適切な場所にコンセントがなく困りました。せめて延長コードがあると助かるなぁと思いました。 各フロアにあるウォーターサーバーで飲料水がいつでも飲めるのはありがたいです。スタッフの方々も丁寧な対応で、食事もスタンダードな会席料理という事でしたが彩りも美しく、豪華で、美味しく頂きました。とても気持ち良く滞在できたので、又利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

街中からは離れているが駅前までのバス運行があるので助かった。値段から考えると料理も頑張っているし温泉もあるのでコスパ優良だと思います。

温泉、朝は5:30からですが、5:00からと勘違いし5:05頃お邪魔してしまいました。 しかしながらスタッフの男性は顔を合わせるなり「おはようございます」と挨拶してくれて、温泉時間外である事は言いませんでした。 とても優しい対応で満足度が増しました。 ありがとうございました！

性價比合適的酒店

合乎水準的酒店，最喜愛浴池，因為夠寬敞、清潔，早晚餐水準之中，這個價錢的一泊兩食是接受的，周圍環境很寧靜、可以從房間看到山下的海港。泊車方便，驚喜是有宵夜，免費一碗擔擔麵！

夕食、朝のビュッフェ非常に美味しく頂きました、夕食に付いては、スタッフさんの人出が、足りて違なさそうでした、食事に、一時間掛りました、そこは、改善した方が良さそうですね。

眺めも良く，足の不自由な母を連れて行きましたが、大浴場までに行く廊下に手すりがあり助かりました。洗い場にお年寄り用の椅子が１つしか無く！後少し幾つか必要なのではと思いました。

ガッカリ

正月料金では　金額と内容が釣り合わない。 元かんぽの宿と知ってたら予約しなかった。 人手不足は見て取れました。その中でスタッフの方は精一杯対応されてました。 でも　安い建材　家具　が醸し出す部屋の雰囲気に正月からテンションだだ下がり。 よく調べず予約した自分がバカでした。
