"This place was extremely magical!! The dramatic location and views, incredible design, essential and thoughtful necessities for a nourishing getaway!! The location is remote and that is a big part of the appeal, but come prepared with provisions as there’s no need to leave :) We keep saying and how lucky we were to get to stay at such a special place…. "お部屋や庭は丁寧に管理され、アメニティや調理設備も充実しておりました。 小さい子供がいるので騒音など気にする事なくストレスフリーでした！ 車で5〜6分程度のところには遠鉄ストアなるスーパーも21時くらいまで空いているので、買い忘れがあっても問題ありませんでした。 すぐ近くには新幹線が走るので、神経質な方はもしかしたら気になるかもしれませんが、うちは逆に子供達が新幹線を見れてとても喜んでおり、好立地でした。 今回は、機関車トーマスフェアのために宿泊しましたが、また何かの際に利用できたらと思います。 ありがとうございました。"

"The location is great and very convenient, but unfortunately that’s the only positive. The host never responded to any messages, making communication extremely difficult. The property photos — many items shown are old, broken, or completely unusable. There was no outdoor lighting, and the glasses were dusty and poorly maintained. "I had an overall good stay at this hotel and appreciated the range of amenities provided, especially the variety of tea options available. Clean towels were also supplied daily. The hotel is within a short distance to Shizuoka station, with some great places within walking distance nearby. Breakfast on the first morning was a little disappointing, as many items had already run out and the selection was limited. However, the following two mornings were much better, with a wider range of options still available - some which were delicious! The main reason I would rate this hotel 4 out of 5 rather than 5 is due to the smell in my room. Unfortunately, there was a noticeable drain odour, which made the room less pleasant than expected. Aside from that issue, I had a positive experience overall."
