If my employees ever treated my clients in this manner, they would be terminated. This 'manager' was a bully. She is ill-equipped lacking diplomacy and conflict resolution skills. They charged my credit card for services not rendered, to include extra charges without authorization or explanation and emphatically refused to explain their reasoning and told me they didn't have to... "

"The room and lobby were fine. When checking out I let the desk clerk know I had slipped and fallen in the tub that morning. She said she would make note that my room (#328) get adhesive strips. I let her know there were two small strips (1/2” thick, running from front to back) already. I guess that was the next I could expect. "
