Fun and comfortable home to say in!

This was our second time staying at this home and it was just as comfortable and enjoyable as the first time. Would highly recommend this home to anyone who is considering this rental!

Amazing place!

This is such a nice place! Very comfy, spacious, clean, and fun! Property manager was great at communication and very responsive if I had a question! Very close to our Washington family so we could hang out with them too! Pool was a ton of fun also!!

Family weekend

My husband had a convention in Yakima, so we decided to invite the family for a little break from the rain on the west side. The home was perfect for a family gathering, especially with the wonderful pool area. We will definitely be back.

We were here for a family funeral, family from Philadelphia to Bellingham. It turned out to be the perfect place for us to gather as a family. Some of the family were able to stay with me, but we had a place where we could all be together for a time. Everyone loved the home and area. I couldn’t imagine finding a better place. Thank you

It keeps getting better

Our group returned to this beautiful home this summer after an amazing visit last year. It's the perfect place to unwind and relax around the pool with friends and family. To our surprise, the property was even better the second time! A new hot tub was installed, parts of the pool patio were re-paved, and there were a bunch of new pool toys! It's clear the owners take very good care of the property and work hard to provide the best experience for guests. We're already looking at visiting again for a third summer next year.

Great group site

We had 10 golfers for a weekend tournament and this place was great. The only negative was the pool heater was broken so the pool was cold but a few still jumped in and quickly got out. Lots of space, kitchen was good, close to SunTides Golf, we would stay again

Great for a group gathering

We played a tournament at SunTides and the house was great. Was 10 minutes from the golf course. The pool was a bit chilly (heater needs a part) but the hot tub was great and lots of space for everyone. Kitchen was nice, big table to sit and eat, or play cards was good. Communication with the host was outstanding. Worked out great and would stay again

Amazing home in Yakima

Perfect Yakima getaway. The home is gorgeous, well maintained with quite lovely grounds and beautiful views. Perfect for family gatherings or gatherings with friends. Lovely patio with large dining area, pool and hot tub. Everything you need for a fun Yakima getaway.

It's even better than the photos!

This place is awesome! We are considering making it a regular destination among our group. Plenty of space for a decent number of people, well-equipped for cooking, lounging, sleeping, and swimming. The pool was definitely the popular spot! It features a diving board, water slide, fountain jets, basketball hoop, and lots of pool toys to goof around with. The host is very friendly, responsive, and accommodating. Thank you!!

So Happy with the Choice

My family had an amazing stay in this terrific pool house. The house itself was excellent which included so many great amenities. It was close to everything we wanted to do away from the house, but it was hard to leave the amazing pool. The pool and surrounding covered patio were so inviting and private that we spent most our time there. We will definitely come back in the future!

Beautiful home, breath-taking views, & endless amounts of fun!!

We love this property!! The host is friendly, helpful, & very responsive. We spent a week here in July with friends. There were 4 adults & 6 kids. The home is spacious, inviting, and beautifully decorated. The front porch is perfect for enjoying the sunset over the valley. And the private pool is amazing!! Plenty of space for kids to play & adults to relax. You honestly get spoiled here. It is perfect! We will definitely be back!!

Phenomenal compound in quiet neighborhood

We loved hosting three generations of family here prior to a wedding nearby. The layout is genius, creating privacy and wind protection for the pool while permitting views to the surrounding hills and orchards. The house has great views out as well but also made supervising kids in the pool easy even while cooking, dining or relaxing. We’ve rented dozens of houses through VRBO and this was the nicest and best appointed so far. Very clean throughout, it was in perfect shape, too. We are still talking about how good our experience was weeks later. We would recommend it especially to families eager for great times in the pool.

Wonderful unique property

From the first inquiry to us walking out the door leaving, Michelle’s communication was exceptional. As for the rental it’s one of the best we have ever used. The pics on VRBO are good but the accommodations are even better. It has an enclosed large back yard area that is incredible. We only used the downstairs as their was only two of us. There is a large upstairs that has two bedrooms and a large nice bathroom. Would be a great place for two or three couples or a family. The kitchen is VERY modern and has everything you could possibly need. Family room, living room, dining room, and kitchen all open. Property was immaculate. If we ever get close to this area again Michelle will be my first call.

Fantastic Home - Great Pool - Superb Views

We had 3 families here and the place was superb. Every small detail was well taken care of (kitchen, bathroom, pool heat, games etc). The owner Michelle was always reachable and super responsive. The home is on top of a hill and has beautiful apple orchard views. Has high end furniture, appliances and superb outdoor seating near the pool.

Quality in a beautiful location.

This house is quality throughout. The location and views are stunning. The house is large with plenty of room to spread out. Quality linens and appliances make for a very enjoyable stay! The pool is an added plus.
