"The check in process was easy. Staff directed to a screen to allocate the room key. Room is tiny and internet is only accessible from room. Laundry services on bottom level, with small and very basic gym (treadmill, rower, bike, dumbbells and a single bench). The laundry room often smelled due to the heat, microwave in the same room, and close proximity to the public spa. "

There is a lounge there that serves juice, tea and coffee with some sweet snacks. the unfortunate part about the lounge was, no food brought in or out. No drinks in or out. If you wanted to have a nice glass of wine at the end of the day it’s not possible. It’s such a missed opportunity what could be a great lounge! "

"Room was spacious and clean. They provide you with amenities in the lobby, including bath salts daily to soak in the bath tub after a long day of exploring. The location is close to Sensoji temple. It is far, about 15-20 min walk from the train station, be prepared to walk with your luggage, if you choose."
