I found the exterior a little tired and in need of update. The inside however was lovely very nice furnishings and comfortable bed. No air conditioning was a surprise and as it was very cold the 2 small blow heaters didn’t do the job. Would I stay again only if you get air conditioning.

Excellent location across from Pippi Beach and quick trip into Yamba town. Everything was very convenient.

Beautiful outlook with panoramic views of the ocean Beach walks a stone throw away Cleanliness was excellent Wonderful accommodation with spectacular views Would definitely stay here again
