Spacious beach house with great living space, modern kitchen and bathroom.

Beach out the front! BBQ out the back with a large yard for the kids, boats and trailers! Walking distance to Yamba's restaurants. This 4 bedroom home is the perfect location for your holiday.

Just a short stroll through shady Flinders Park takes you to Yamba's Main Beach, home to Yamba Surf Lifesavers and the famous Yamba sea pool. What a great place to enjoy swimming and surfing our famous sandy beaches. The iconic Pacific hotel is just a 300m walk from your front door, as are a number of restaurants and cafes offering a variety of international cuisines.

A 500m walk down the hill takes you into Yamba's main shopping streets offering boutiques, gift shops, cafes and more.

This large home has a modern kitchen and open plan lounge area. The front verandah is the perfect spot to relax and spend time with guests or family.

Plenty of space and great location

Huge house with plenty of room for a large group. Great location across from main beach and a short walk from a selection of restaurants.

Being an ex local I knew the property was an old rambling beach cottage in a great location but for what we paid I expected and should have had a decent mattress and no cockroaches. Real estate listened about the cockroaches but couldn't have cared less about the state of the mattresses. They need to be taken to the tip
