An unloved diamond that needs attention

The house is perfectly located between beach, shops and restaurants, and well suited for a large family. However, it is unkept, unloved and filthy (cobwebs, dirty, old crockery/cups, the furniture needs care etc). And the kitchen was under serviced for a holiday rental, with few basics to cover off the essentials. If the owners were willing to spend a little to update things as well as giving it a real clean it would be wonderful. If only.

Nice property and good spot, it just lacked a few comforts. The couches were too small to lie on, there was no table out the back near the BBQ as the photos showed. A couple of extra pillows would have been good and the main bed probably needs a new mattress.
