“Great stay away from the crowds. Beautiful wilderness all around. Fall colors were the star of the show. Property is nostalgic with cool old buildings around. Nice to take a dip in the hot tub while it was raining and the rainbows showed up when the sun came through. We got a ton of cool pics from around the property. The cabin has a great, rustic feel. The smell of pinewood when we walked in the door. Nice kitchen and comfy sofas. Cooked our meals there, even had steaks on the grill. The loft……

“The Trapper Cabin is rustic with modern appliances. The bath is functional and well-maintained. The kitchen area has basics to prepare all your meals there. There is space for two but I wouldn’t have wanted to try to squeeze in a third. We kept a lot of our things in our truck to give us room to move around inside. We didn’t use the common area “Hitching Post” but the guest next door seemed to enjoy it. The cabins are pretty close together so we were closer to our neighbors than we expected……

“The House was perfect, it was clean, organized, and slept 11 individuals without issue. Unfortunately we were there on a Snowmobiling trip which meant that with 11 guys we had 3 trucks with enclosed trailers. 2 of the 3 trucks at two differing times were stuck on the ICEY driveway and slid down to the street getting stuck. We ended up parking on the street and walking with gear up the driveway. It took us 2 hours to get them out. The snow plowing / ice maintenance was not conducive to……

“We stayed the last week of October at the property. It was perfect for our family. Short 15 minute drive from Kremmling and just minutes away from National Forest. Tons of wildlife around the property from deer to pronghorn. Very cozy house, especially during an all day winter storm. We will definitely stay again if we are back in the area!”

“We had a wonderful weekend at this cozy cabin! It was spacious and had everything we needed. We saw a lot of wildlife, it was well stocked with bathroom and kitchen items and we loved having the peloton bike and weights. The location was perfect for us as it was only 5 minutes from the wedding we were attending, and we loved that Steamboat was less than an hour away and we were able to spend an afternoon there. We are already thinking about when we can come back! ”

“This cabin provided just what we needed for a long weekend ski trip! Had everything we needed and felt very homey. Love the pellet stove. Super close to Steamboat for a steal of a price! Could definitely see our group staying here again! Gary was very helpful during the check-in process and a quick responder when needed.”
