「My son and I stayed at this property twice for about 5 nights. I was super impressed. There were mostly two men who ran the front desk and they were both amazing!! They helped us in many little ways. For example the day we were to fly home one of them arranged for me to see a doctor on short notice to check an injury from our hiking in southern Peru. This hotel is lucky to have such amazing staff. Resort also super clean and all staff are friendly!!! Eric Bennett」

「The poolside al fresco dining and bar was so great. The river rafting tour they arranged was super fun, with convenient pickup from the hotel. The staff are all so nice. The room was cleaned well and was quite comfortable. 」

「Great place to stay in historic San Lazaro quarter of downtown Arequipa. Nice and attentive staff. Free parking is a great bonus. At a walking distance from the Plaza de Armas, city’s Main Square, and other important monasteries, convents, churches and museums. Clean room. This is a boutique type of a hotel that is modern but inside of a historic building in a colonial Spanish style. 」

「Very helpful staff, they helped me to do printing of ticket, to order taxi and to talk a bus company who didn't send me email of purchased ticket. Room is spacious and very clean. Breakfast at terrace was really nice. Though you have to walk for 10 mins to plaza de arms, it was worth walking coz for the price and peaceful atmosphere of the place. Highly recommend!」

「best hotel among my 2 month trip in south america, reception dont speak fluent english but very helpful, room dont have kettle , and need hot water for cup noodles, they help me get from restaurant fair breadfast and help me cooked new egg once i arrived. room is clean and bed is comfortable. just one block from down, super convenient.」
