「The photos don't do justice to how beautiful this space is! The whole unit was incredibly spacious, quiet surroundings, just a few minutes to the Biltmore entance, and we could see All Souls from the window. Plus there was a great bagel shop just a 2 min walk away. We would absolutely stay again!」

「We had a wonderful time at the Colby Loft. It was so central to our downtown explorations. The apartment was really comfortable, with everything we needed. One note, the previous tenants did not take out their trash & recycling. This may have been due to some confusion in finding the trash receptacles. There seemed to be different directions in the book, emails, and fridge notes. We found the bins are outside, on the back street behind the building (not in a trash room past the elevators).
