"This is a terrible experience with hotel. com. I did not book this hotel and was charged for the booking, it is ridiculous and hotel. com said cannot refund to me. I actually called Holiday inn in china yanjiang because your host said they cannot connect the hotel. I was asked by the hotel Miss Liu that they agreed to cancel and told me to inform hotel. Com to cancel and refund me but hotel. Com did not want to refund. I am very unhappy and will bring this case to CASE because I felt cheated. "
