The hotel has a great location and is easily accessible to downtown, which makes getting around very convenient. The pricing is excellent and very affordable, offering strong value for money. The breakfast buffet is a highlight, with a wide variety of options and very good taste. The staff are friendly, courteous, and always willing to help, which adds a warm and welcoming touch to the stay. The bedding is comfortable, and the room is clean by Myanmar standards. There is some room for improvement if compared to international standards, but overall the experience is very positive when considering the price point. Overall, for the location, service, and value offered, this hotel deserves a full 5-star rating.

Suggest to get the higher priced room. Clean room, water pressure is a bit low, may be to reserve water. You don't have to go around town to taste Burmese daily breakfast. A very good one is included in your stay. No swimming pool or spa at the hotel, but a good standard sauna.

Great professional manager and staff, never disappointed myanmar breakfast during our 3 weeks stay. Dining room is packed with local crowd during weekend for their favorite breakfast. This is the only hotel with sauna. Although this is not a 4/5 Star hotel, you won't disappoint with the value and quietness.

Really nice staff who didn't understand english that well but never failed to try to help and always succeeded in the end...free shuttle buses helped costs...great FREE breakfast with smiling, friendly servers...good internet and tons of hot water...would stay nowhere else if in Yangon...
