不滿：整潔度、職員與服務和設施服務
Communication before checking in was nearly non-existant and only one response in Korean only. Check in is at 7pm and it is 10,000won/hr if you want to check in earlier. It is confusing how to check in when you get there. The door to the room opens to the parking lot, and to enter, the attendant showed me a “room return” button to press. I said that anyone from the street could then enter our room (see pic), and he said people couldn’t come in because there was a cctv camera (??). When we went in the room, the door handle fell off (see pic). The door was ajar so we pulled the doorstop at the bottom, and the door closed, but now we were trapped inside. Attendant said he would come fix it, but didn’t come. After 20 min, we called again and he said he would come in the morning! We said that was unacceptable and he said that we could move to a room in the basement. I asked about another room that I saw available at the kiosk, but he lied and said other rooms were not available. Basement room smelled moldy, which gave my wife some chest pains. The manager refused to give us a refund and from talking to hotels.com, they didn’t respond to them either. I recommend avoiding this place – it is unsafe and they are not maintaining it well. In addition to the issues above, there were other things like spiderwebs, cracked molding around the toilet, etc.
