“The room was cooled by wondow AC and bed/pillows comfortable. It was a holiday weekend, so kids in pool couldn’t use it too mich. The bicycles were not usable (rusty chains & flt tires). Game room was a nice screened sitting area. Parking was outside the unit l.”

“Great little charming house. Blackwater just around the corner has excellent steaks! Would stay again.”

“The cottage was well-kept. However, we were unable to get an internet connection in order to use the TV. We called our host, Connie, and she worked to get our connection. When she was unable to do so, she was able to assign us to another cottage. That cottage was well-kept - Paddlers Cottage. The grounds were well kept. We did not use the pool or the grill. But everything was very nice. If in the area, I would recommend the location!”

“Will stay again”

“Our week-long stay here was absolutely fantastic! Renee was an exceptional host and always responded promptly to any questions we had.One of the highlights of our stay was a family of deer that visited us on four of the seven mornings—it was such a special experience. The home and surrounding property were beautiful, peaceful, and secluded, making it the perfect place to relax. The pool was wonderful, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. The house also……

“Great property! It was so fun getting the sit on top kayaks in the water right outside your door! And the most comfortable king size bed I have ever slept on! Absolutely recommend this adorable home!”

“The check in was quick and easy. The host was quick to respond to our requests. ”

“The host Aaron was great. Easy to communicate with, and check in was breeze. House was well equipped and clean. Will definitely be back next year.”

“Despite the rainy weather we had in Crystal River this week, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this vacation rental. The hosts were easy to communicate with, the house was very clean and well-stocked, and it was a comfortable and quiet neighborhood. We and our dogs didn’t get to explore much of the outdoor activities around the area due to the heavy storms, but we got plenty of R&R in the house. We got to catch up on some reading, did some thrift shopping, and we found multiple great restaurants……

“Thank you for a very family friendly and well hosted experience at the river house!”

“Yes everything was great”

“We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, very clean, and thoughtfully decorated with tasteful touches throughout. It was fully stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room, which made our stay so comfortable and convenient. The beds were very comfortable, and it truly felt like a home away from home. You can tell a lot of thought and care went into making this place welcoming for guests. We would definitely recommend staying here and would happily book……

“Location is perfect. You’re right next to a nice boat ramp, in a quiet neighborhood. We were able to watch dolphin chasing mullet right outside the back door. There were also several manatees at any given time.”

“Cleanliness- 10Host - 10Location- 10When I tell say you won't go wrong renting this unit for a quiet place to stay - BELIEVE ME! 10 out of 10! Host was very responsive. Bungalow was super clean and well stocked. Location was close to town but still out to avoid being in the "City" feel. I look forward to renting again next time I'm in the area.”

“The house was very comfortable and cheerful. It is in a great location and the waterfront created a great backyard experience. Ginger was very accommodating and responsive. Great experience!”

“Wonderful location to spend our anniversary. Pleanty of space from us to park our Bay boat and full size truck.”

“Cute little three bedroom/1-bath pet friendly home that had everything we needed for our stay. Nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable.”
