"Very close to airport 15 minutes drive to terminal 3. You can see plains flying very low over the roof, so you can hear these plains too even if the windows are closed The rooms are very large and comfortable. There is a free shuttle to the airport"

"Arrived a little early and we're greeted by the family. We dropped our bags off and had a quick freshen up before the owner drove us up the hill to The Wall carpark. He offered to pick us up but a local brought us back in the back of his little truck. That evening we had a lovely meal, all freshly prepared for us before retiring for a good nights sleep. Breakfast was simple and nice - eggs and corn bread. The family are really lovely people and so helpful, the father took us back to Beijing and our next hotel in a very comfortable BMW. "

"Good but not great hotel. Relatively convenient location, pretty good service. Our room did not have a window, which was a bit drab. Booked a non smoking room, but like most Chinese hotels, this non smoking was poorly if at all enforced, so the hallways always smelled of smoke. Maids were phenomenal, very polite, very punctual, and very communicative even with our minimal chinese language skills. "
