“As opposed to staying at a motel/hotel it had the intimacy of staying in a friend’s spare room. You are surrounded by a quiet neighborhood and just a short distance, about a mile, from historic downtown New London. A coffee/snack area is open 24 hours( make your own coffee, fruit and pastries). Management is always available to answer any questions about restaurants and places to explore.”

“Such a warm and inviting place to stay away from the casino, but still so close.
Erica was as sweet as pie and available when needed. The room was spotless and had everything we needed to make it our little home away from home. The careful thought of everything placed in the room that was needed. Things like the coasters on the side tables, the electrical outlets, the mini fridge, the microwave, the coffee maker in the room, the toiletries in the bathroom, even the butt can on the patio.

“Room was excellent, comfortable, and clean. The property manager William was the kindest host you could ask for - personally gave us a rundown of the unit and provided us with everything we needed for a cozy hassle-free stay.
Just a stone's throw and walk away from all the shops on bank-street, I highly recommend this stay if you're ever in the New London area! ”

“The host was nice, helpful and easy to communicate with.
Our room had an assigned bathroom, it wasn’t in the room, but just down the hall. That worked fine for us. We needed a clean, reasonably priced place for an overnight stay on our road trip and this ticked all the boxes.”
