Residence Hoteliere Micheline et Emile Bastos

The place is worth the stay and the money, right in the prime residential area of Yaoundé (Bastos). I would say the place is home away from home. Their apartments are spacious with homely features with a real kitchen (not a kitchenette), a spacious bedroom, a vast and ventilated living room with access to a spacious bathroom. The concierge and the entire are also welcoming and very supportive, making sure one feels home

The bathroom was dirty and there was not hot water to shower. They put me on the last floor even though I told them I was disabled and couldn’t walk a single flight of stairs. They didn’t accommodate me. When I told him to refund me for a different hotel. I left the hotel 2 days later and they refused to refund me. I spent the worst vacation of my entire life. They refused to refund me and they also refused to accommodate me. I will never book there and will never recommend it to anyone. Just another form of Rip off between Expedia and these hotels. Be Careful!!!
