「The location was great for me, very convenient. I arrived after hours and there was a little mix up with my key card to get into my room. It was rectified quite quickly which I appreciated. The apartment itself had everything I needed. It was great to have a washing machine and dryer, the kitchen facilities were great. Very comfortable bed. I would stay here again. Great proximity to rail and tram.」

「Lovely hotel, great location, modern designed rooms. Great shower and bath products, excellent soundproofing, very good cooling/heating. Nearby parking was easy to use and reasonably priced. Suggest opening the bar a little later in the evening on weekends. Most staff were very kind and helpful, one was somewhat abrupt. Tea/coffee in the room was average. 」

「Place was near the station which was very convenient. Rooms are quite dated but with what you pay for it is really not bad at all. Staff was very nice. Toilets unfortunately always had pee on them when I stayed there. Does tend to get noisy with all the cars if your room is next to a road. Also have to give a deposit for a key which isn't the best for a solo female traveller.」

「This property was very good budget accommodation and close to many of the strategic attractions of the city, as well as the Abbotsford Convent Arts precinct & Children's Farm by the Yarra. Close walking distance to the Vietnamese quarter & Restaurants.」

「Location was convenient. The toilet seats were not so clean. The front desk lady with short hair and glasses was not very helpful. For the two mornings that I went to the office for assistance, she was on phone. One time I was there waiting for 3 mins and she simply carried on her conversation with the person on phone about her other friend. I thought she could have been more responsive and helpful. 」
