“I have read all the reviews for the last 7 months and we were hoping they were one offs. But we experienced all of them. Generally the room was dirty, almost everything was broken or damaged and it was easy to tell they had been that way for sometime. Given that these complaints date back at least 7 months (I gave up reading them after that!) And none of these concerns have been addressed. We stayed here two years ago and had no such problems. “Receptionists were not very friendly, but the apartment was good in all equipments and clean. The tram station is just 3mins walk distance. If you just travel with partner, it’s a good choice to stay here.”

“Place was near the station which was very convenient. Rooms are quite dated but with what you pay for it is really not bad at all. Staff was very nice. Toilets unfortunately always had pee on them when I stayed there. Does tend to get noisy with all the cars if your room is next to a road. Also have to give a deposit for a key which isn't the best for a solo female traveller.”

“Location was convenient. The toilet seats were not so clean. The front desk lady with short hair and glasses was not very helpful. For the two mornings that I went to the office for assistance, she was on phone. One time I was there waiting for 3 mins and she simply carried on her conversation with the person on phone about her other friend. I thought she could have been more responsive and helpful. ”
